Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
- We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@paulaspets.shop with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right!
